Founder and former Chairman of Treasury Group
Lee has been in the financial industry for over 27 years, with broad experience ranging from stock broking and funds management to principal lecturer at the Securities Institute of Australia. Lee was the founder and chairman of Treasury Group Limited (ASX: TRG) from 1997 until 2006. TRG established a number of boutique funds management businesses, which it supported with finance and administrative assistance, and later listed on the ASX. During Lee’s tenure at TRG, funds under management grew from a minor base to a peak of over $15 billion. Lee was also responsible for establishing and developing AVFM Limited with a diversified financial services focus, as well as boutique fund manager Armytage Private Limited where Lee is Executive Chairman. Armytage Private has been operating since 1997.
Prior to establishing these companies, Lee was a stockbroker at Tolhurst Noall and McKinley Wilson with responsibilities spanning retail and wholesale funds management, securities operations, corporate restructuring, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. Lee has also provided advice on corporate governance and strategic planning issues to a number of institutions.

Campbell has developed his extensive investment management and research skills over the past 15 years, working both in Australia and the United Kingdom. He started his career with a smaller companies focus at Providence Funds Management Ltd. He then gained international experience as an investment manager in the asset management division of Greig Middleton Ltd, now a subsidiary of Barclays Plc.
Campbell is a Director and Portfolio Manager at Armytage Private Limited, and in this role he has been instrumental in building the business from its foundation to where it is today, managing over $360m. He is also a Director of a number of the Armytage Private subsidiary companies as well as being a founding Director of Incito Group Ltd.
Campbell's achievements in the funds management industry were featured in the publication of 'Young Guns on the Sharemarket', a book on Australia's "emerging stars" in the Funds Management sector.
Campbell's expertise spans retail and wholesale funds management, securities operations, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and risk management.

Andrew joined Ralton Asset Management, now part of Armytage Private, in January 2006 and has 19 years of funds management and investment banking experience having held senior positions with major investment banks in Melbourne, Hong Kong, Tokyo and New York. Andrew leads the investment team and is responsible for the management of all Ralton portfolios, supported by an experienced and talented team of investment professionals.
In Andrew's last international role prior to Ralton and Armytage, he was an Executive Director in the Financial Structuring Group of UBS in Hong Kong where he developed a range of complex structured solutions to problems faced by institutional clients, encompassing areas of investment banking, fixed income and equities. These structured solutions often involved in depth analyses of highly complex accounting, tax, legal and regulatory issues. As such, Andrew has developed very strong analytical skills, having considered company characteristics in great depth in order to develop various products and corporate structures.
Andrew started his career at Arthur Andersen in Melbourne, and maintains an extensive network of contacts in the corporate and finance industries both in Australia and internationally.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics (accounting major) from Monash University, a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. During his tenure at Monash, Andrew tutored macroeconomics for 3 years.

Roger joined Ralton, now part of Armytage Private, in November 2006 as an investment analyst, and has over 9 years of direct funds management experience. Roger is responsible for stock coverage of several industry sectors, assists with the portfolio management process, and is the lead Portfolio Manager for the Ralton Professional Partners Portfolio, an investment strategy tailored to PwC Partners.
Roger was previously a shareholder and employee of Cinnabar Equities, a Global Healthcare Fund with offices in both Melbourne and New York. In Roger's role as Senior Analyst he had sub-sector and stock investment decision responsibility.
Prior to his career in financial markets, Roger practiced as an Optometrist, working in both private practice, hospitals and teaching Universities in both Australia and the UK. Roger was previously a Director of The Optometrists Association of Australia (Vic Division) where he fulfilled the role of Treasurer for 4 years.
Roger has a Bachelor of Optometry from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business and Biotechnology (MBB) from RMIT.

Bradley has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry, working in a variety of roles in wealth administration, stock broking and funds management. He commenced his career in 2001 with stockbroking firm William Noall in back office and administration services. Upon merging with D&D Tolhurst, he gained valuable experience in stock broking and dealing operations. In May 2003 Bradley joined Armytage to oversee client and trade management and is today responsible for managing Armytage's high net worth individually managed accounts service, overseeing securities trading and is also involved in company research and analysis.
Bradley has an Economic and Finance degree from RMIT and has studied abroad in the United States and Germany.

Andrew is responsible for Armytage's global and regional investment strategies, and manages all trading and implementation for the firm's international operations and offshore segregated portfolio service.
After completing a commerce degree at The University of Melbourne, Andrew's experience in the financial markets began as a cash and securities dealer for the Bank of New York in Sydney. After a few years Andrew moved to London and accepted a position as foreign exchange dealer for a Shearson Lehman Hutton subsidiary. Andrew progressed rapidly to the position of Senior Dealer, Futures and Options, with responsibility for implementing the hedging strategy of the treasury department, and trading futures, FX and options.
On his return to Australia in 1990 Andrew launched an asset management company to apply his extensive knowledge of markets, developed during his banking days to proprietary trading and the broader asset/fund management world.
Andrew is a resident of Australia & holds an Australian Financial Services License with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (Licence No. 229918).

Michael joined Armytage in 2006 and is the COO and Company Secretary of the business. He has over 10 years experience in the securities industry, and throughout his career has developed extensive knowledge in wealth and superannuation management as well as property and infrastructure investing.
Michael began his finance career in 1998, and in an early role with Perpetual Trustees Limited was a Superannuation Administrator responsible for the administration of Small APRA Funds and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. From 2001 to 2006, Michael was a Client Service Provider with Australian Executor Trustees Limited (formerly Tower Trust Limited), where he was responsible for the account management of $200 million in funds under management invested in Small APRA Funds, personal investment portfolios and SMSFs.

Peter is a highly experienced mining and resources expert with over 30 years experience in the financial industry, and a specialist consultant to the Armytage investment team. Commencing his career as a geologist before moving into resource analysis and research management roles, Peter has held senior research positions for life insurance group National Mutual, stockbrokers A.C. Goode, Prudential Bache, Tolhurst Noall as well as financial planners Carroll, Pike and Piercy and boutique corporate advisers Balnave Capital.
Peter regularly provides electronic media comment on resource matters, and he is Founding Chairman of the highly successful Melbourne Mining Club.
