The fund trades in the foreign exchange market, the single largest market in the world with volume of some US$1.9 trillion per day. In addition to its size the FX market is open 24hrs thus ensuring more opportunities, less risk and a level playing field to all participants.
Investment Strategy
The fund takes medium to long term strategic positions in the FX market. The investment strategy is a “top down” approach that focuses on the global investment environment. Assessment of the macro economic factors determines the relative attractiveness of all global currencies.
Both long and short positions are established in currency pairs depending on that analysis. Risks are tightly controlled via a money management program.
